Multi-phase venture with religious organization to develop existing landmarked building with both short term and long term benchmarks. 


124th Street

Joint venture with religious organization and combination of 2 lots to create a multi-family building with a state-of-the-art pre-school facility achieving a Passive Haus standard.


Lenox Road

Multi-family development feasibility with homeowner and Real Estate firm Compass to convert an existing 2 family building to a 14 unit multi-family condominium.
